KKMK Team Nurtures Team Spirit amidst Nature's Bounty at Masungi Georeserve

​On October 8, 2023, the dedicated team of Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation embarked on a transformative team-building journey amidst the breathtaking landscape of Masungi Georeserve. This invigorating experience not only strengthened the bonds among the foundation's members but also showcased the power of nature in fostering collaboration and rejuvenation.
Nestled in the heart of Rizal, Masungi Georeserve is a conservation area known for its unique landscape, lush greenery, and innovative trail designs. The foundation members and volunteers explored the reserve's trail systems, which seamlessly integrate with nature, offering a perfect backdrop for team-building activities.

One highlight of the team-building activity was the hands-on experience of tree nurturing. Guided by Masungi's knowledgeable environmental steward, the team learned the importance of tree planting, but particularly the essence of maintaining those that were planted to ensure its healthy and sustained growth.

The day concluded with a well-deserved treat—a sumptuous 'minalot' feast served in traditional Filipino style, fostering camaraderie and shared moments. The team then rested in the hanging cottages, suspended amidst the lush greenery, providing a tranquil space for reflection and relaxation.
