What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and online engagement
- Manage and optimize our social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, to effectively reach and connect with our target audience
- Create and curate engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our community and aligns with our organization's mission and values
- Analyze website and social media analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and continuously optimize our online presence
- Collaborate with the other teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful online presence
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing strategies
- Assist in the development and implementation of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or online presence management, preferably within the non-profit or social impact sector
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media and content marketing strategies
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and on-brand content
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
- Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to the mission and values of Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation
