About the role
​

Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation is seeking a creative and strategic Online Presence Specialist to lead the conceptualization, planning, creation, and execution of our digital content and online engagement.

The Foundation is actively working toward international foundation standards in governance, communications, and digital presence.

This is a hybrid, output-based role. You will be responsible for developing content ideas and digital plans, creating and publishing content, engaging audiences across platforms, and managing the Foundation’s overall online presence — subject to internal review and approval.

While final approvals will be provided by management, this role requires initiative, creative thinking, strong digital judgment, and the ability to execute consistently.

The role will also support new or evolving digital initiatives and formats approved by the Foundation (e.g., Sagot ni Dok Live, vlogs, or similar programs), ensuring consistency with overall content direction and standards.

Participation in Foundation activities and community initiatives (Kapwa activities) is encouraged, as these provide meaningful context for content creation and audience engagement.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conceptualize and propose digital content ideas, campaigns, and engagement approaches
  • Develop content plans and digital strategies aligned with approved organizational direction
  • Support the rollout and ongoing execution of new digital content formats or initiatives as approved by management (e.g., live segments, vlogs, special series)
  • Support Foundation programs and services through digital storytelling and visibility
  • Create and publish content across multiple platforms, including but not limited to:
    • Website
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn
    • TikTok
    • YouTube (as applicable)
  • Manage posting schedules, captions, community engagement, and audience interaction
  • Monitor platform performance and prepare analytics, insights, and recommendations
  • Adjust content and engagement approaches based on performance and audience response
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely releases
  • Stay updated on platform trends and recommend improvements for reach and engagement
  • Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for content planning, tracking, and reporting

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years experience managing digital platforms, social media, or online presence
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, plan, create, and execute digital content
  • Understanding of audience engagement, platform behavior, and content performance
  • Strong writing skills and solid visual/content judgment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup and coordinating with internal teams
  • Organized, proactive, and output-driven
  • Alignment with the mission and values of Kapwa Ko Mahal Ko Foundation
  • Familiarity with professional, compliance-aware, or internationally benchmarked digital practices is an advantage

Work arrangement & compensation

  • Work arrangement: Hybrid
  • Employment type: Output-based
  • Compensation:
    Salary depends on demonstrated portfolio, platform mastery, and strategic capability

Performance will be assessed based on:
  • approved plans
  • quality of execution
  • engagement results
  • agreed deliverables and timelines

A Year-End Performance Incentive may be granted based on overall performance and results.
